A Good Day to Die Hard (2013)

I have not met a person who did not like the unpretentious adventure John McClain, who, of course, always wins all - even the smartest-preumnyh terrorists.

Usually the main character organically pizhonist, fearless and bold, but at the same time like a "guy with a neighboring yard." Maybe that's the secret of his success? My favorite series of "Good Day to Die Hard" - the second and fourth. And I did not expect that the fifth would be so stupid.

It's not even in the abundance of blunders our Russian reality. After all, mistakes, too, sometimes doing their bit of unassumingly charm in such films. But the plot itself is not. Heroes just smash the machine (so much that you get tired of it even), all the while shooting and blowing up a little reflective and - crammed into Chernobyl. And, on cars from Moscow, they drove it only for a hour later the helicopter. A car is stolen. And no they are not held up at the border - with an arsenal in the trunk. Yes, and Chernobyl, it turns out, pulled by two large-scale swindlers. One of the gang name is PaulStranger.

In general, a lot of nonsense, but there is little humor. The characters are present. That is all. Every one of the characters look dull and straight. Take any - a minute of it not remember. McClain even both failed. Willis has nothing at all to play - it is there as a supplement to their own offspring. Is that shook the falling helicopter beautifully, and then, like a superman, escaped with only scratches - where a normal person would collect bones. But in the fourth "nut" friend Bruce has already showed us such of his indestructibility and nelomaemost. Why again?

And this is the son - skunk and killer of the "Jack Reacher" Jay Courtney - though not without charm and peculiar brutal sexuality play so very not. However, there is nothing to play - run, shoot, break, blow ... Tosca, in general. The writers should not only be fired, and disqualify for life for such a slipshod job.

But it's good though, that the role of the Americans finally began to take Russian Russian, ceased to amuse the audience shamelessly distort our language is English-speaking extras. True, Julia Bullfinch here looks unpretentious copy Sienna Miller (Baroness in the image of the "Cobra Roll" - even a suit like leather). And I do not like to copy. But the franchise is insulting.
